Hi ladies.  If you’re here and reading this then a) my idea for a blog is taking off (yay for me) b) you’re a bit stressed out.

If you’re pregnant with your first baby, or a new mommy you might be a little stressed. You are wracked with momma guilt, the worst kind, you’re wondering how you’re going to afford everything, and no matter what you do someone is telling you thats wrong.  On top of that your hormones are bat-crap crazy. I’m writing this blog to tell you: you’ve got this.  Let me repeat: you can handle this.   And you know what? I bet you’re a pretty darn good mom.

At the end of the day you, your baby and  your family are going to be just fine.

My first advice: read this. Then buy the book. Or do what I did and find the free audiobook version.  With a new baby listening to books can be so much easier than reading them.  Unless you can read while nursing, then do that.  Lenore is amazing.
